About Me
I’ve always been drawn to roles that sit at the center of everything—where communication, organization, and problem-solving intersect. That interest naturally pulled me into operations, where I discovered that I genuinely enjoy connecting teams, managing moving parts, and bringing order to complicated workflows.
In my current role, I coordinate daily operations between sales, purchasing, production, and our branch facilities. Handling orders from start to finish has taught me how to identify breakdowns, spot patterns, and keep projects moving even when things shift, stall, or go off track.
Those experiences are what inspired my transition into business analysis and project management. I realized I wanted to take the work I was already doing—connecting people, fixing processes, and improving outcomes—and formalize it into a long-term career path.
Today, I’m studying Information Science & Data Analytics at San José State University while building experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, business workflow design, and cross-functional coordination. My goal is to grow into a Business Analyst or Project Manager role where I can contribute to meaningful, operationally sound solutions that help teams succeed.
